winzip vista question

Winzip and Vista question

I use Winzip 9 to move sme email messages to my Vista machine. I zip them on XP machine and them unzip on Vitsa. I use Forte Inc Agent as email cliient and news group program. When I move them to Vista machien, I noticed that the Vista machine create a "temp folder" on the user name under "Document & settings". When the un zipping was done, the files remainded. I wonder why didn't Windows clean out the folder and delete those items?
thanks

I wonder if this is Vista or Winzip...shouldnt Winzip remove the temp files? Have you tried this with winzip 10 (thinking it may be more vista compatible)

Because Vista uses \Users\Username\Appdata\Local\Temp instead of

\Documents and Settings\Username so unless you manually add the \Documents and Settings\Username\Temp folder to the system TEMP variables, it doesn't recognise it as a temp folder.
